ROSAPENNA ST PATRICK'S
Rosapenna Golf Resort acquired St. Patrick's Links in late 2012, a former 36-hole facility developed by the Walsh family of Carrigart.
Maheramagorgan Links, designed by Irish architect Eddie Hackett, and Trá Mór Links, designed by PGA professional Joanne O'Haire, were both opened in the mid-1990s.Discussions were held with Tom Doak of Renaissance Golf Design, and Tom finalized his layout with senior partner Eric Iverson in March 2013.
St. Patrick's Links is laid out in the adjacent dune system just south of Rosapenna's two existing courses. Originally comprising 36 holes, Tom fashioned 18 unrecognizable and unforgettable holes on the same terrain. The result? A sprawling links course destined to become a great modern course. A huge landscape on the west coast of Ireland, with enough variety in size to present a real diversity of golf holes. The course takes golfers on a journey through huge dunes, over the heights of Sheephaven Bay, along the coastline, and then over softer dunes... and that's just the front nine! With plenty of width and an eclectic mix of naturalized bunkers, the course is unlike anything else in the UK and Ireland... or anywhere else for that matter.

DESTINATION INFO
The Republic of Ireland occupies the most part of the island off the coasts of England and of Wales. His capital, Dublin, is the home town of writers as Oscar Wilde, and from Guinness. The Book of Kells, dating the IXth century, as well as other illuminated manuscripts, is kept to the library of Trinity College. Nicknamed '"emerald island" because of its luxuriant landscape, the country is interspersed with medieval castles as the castle of Cahir.
